Atopic dermatitis (one of many types of dermatitis) is the most common form of eczema, which causes itching, dryness, redness and cracking of the skin. AD affects up to 7.3% of the population. Infants and children are even more susceptible to AD – 10% to 20% of them will develop this condition.
Can simple antiparasitic treatment work for AD that a person has suffered from for over 20 years?! It turns out I am not the first person to have so magically gotten rid of long‑standing skin problems with skin cracking everywhere down to blood. The first doctor who started this topic was Dr. Irena Wartołowska (you can read an interview here Wywiad Dr Wartołowskiej - Monadith Toruń )
Almost from birth and throughout my life I had severe atopic dermatitis (Eng: atopic eczema). In the last year of my studies, at the age of 25, I couldn’t take it anymore:
- Whatever I ate caused a rash all over my body.
- Even the sun created red reactions on my skin.
- I hardly ate anything and limited the number of things I ate to 1–2 a day, changing them to see if food was the cause. No, it wasn’t.

After trying everything else, I decided to focus on parasites, even though blood and stool test results were negative. It is very difficult to track them in laboratory tests, because you can only see them when they reproduce and excrete eggs. And most of them have a reproductive cycle lasting 21–30 days, so the time window is quite short.
Although I am an enemy of pills, big pharma, etc., in this case the process by which I cured myself went as follows:
- I took the drug Zentel (Albendazole) – 1 tablet a day for 7 days.
- 14 days after swallowing the first Zentel tablet:
- I took the drug Pyranthelum 250 mg tablets – 3 days in a row (the active substance is Pyrantel)
- a week after the first dose of Pyranthelum I started taking the drug Vermox 100 mg – for 6 days in a row (the active substance is Mebendazole)
I had to persuade a doctor to write me a prescription for Vermox and Zentel; these days it can be easily arranged online, because these drugs are not considered dangerous or harmful to health.
Until my skin had fully recovered, I avoided the following foods:
- Tomatoes and all their products (ketchup, concentrate, tomato soup, etc.)
- Organic or not – it doesn’t matter. All of them are very rich in histamine, which intensifies any allergic reaction and inflammation.
- All types of nuts, and especially: walnuts, macadamia, cashews – nuts have a range of enzymes that can strongly intensify your allergic reactions to everything.
- Honestly, nuts can themselves be the cause of AD. Even if you like them and crave them and they seem “healthy” and full of nutrients. After the third week of giving up nuts you will notice the first positive changes in your skin and well‑being – that’s how long it takes to remove their traces from your body.
- Monosodium glutamate (also known as: MSG, monosodium glutamate, hydrolyzed vegetable protein) – available in most low‑quality processed foods and added in some cheap restaurants to dishes as a flavor enhancer.
- Just like tomatoes and walnuts – it increases inflammation and allergic reaction to everything, so just avoid it.
-
Milk (especially cow’s), dairy, cheese – they only worsen the condition of the skin due to the content of casein A1 and the high content of cow hormones. Not to mention the other harmful substances added to artificial animal feed in mass farming.
-
Eliminating grains from the diet also helps, as does eating mainly raw fruits and vegetables until recovery.

You can support yourself with vitamin D3 + K2MK7 supplementation in doses up to 1 million units per week. Yes, 1 million. Below 100,000 units per day is not a therapeutic dose, just… basically no one knows what, it seems to be only a placebo. Especially since as a result of sun exposure a person produces 15,000 IU a day in summer, so any values below that are still below the deficiency threshold. See the studies collected on the website https://vitamindwiki.com/. I take 250,000 IU orally in a single dose when I feel a deficit of sun and this vitamin (e.g. in the winter months or when because of work I have no exposure to the sun).
Repeat the process with the drugs 3 months after the first Zentel pill. Even when you are almost healthy.
- Then repeat 6 months after the first Zentel pill to make sure you have recovered permanently.
- When you get rashes again because you eat food with parasites – just take Zentel for 3–5 days and they should disappear, because your body will be stronger. Before the parasites settle in for good, that should be enough.
Important note. Zentel should not be taken 3 months before planned conception of offspring (both as a man and as a woman), because traces of Zentel may impair semen or the fetus and kill the embryo. After 3 months all traces of Zentel are removed from your body and everything is fine. Then Zentel is no longer dangerous for your parenthood. Personally, I took Zentel a few months before conceiving my first child and it is 100% healthy. My other two children are also 100% healthy. Sometimes I feel they are too much so, because they have infinite energy, but that’s probably a topic for another book ![]()
Read the leaflets of all medicines you take carefully to check whether you have any contraindications.
That’s all. Absurdly simple. And to think that I struggled with AD for 25 years… I bounced from countless doctors, dermatologists and other demagogues, and I could have cured myself with this simple method.
Rarely do single supplements or pills help with chronic diseases, but in this case, although I am a fan of natural treatment methods (e.g. chewed papaya seeds also have a proven strong antiparasitic effect), the winner in the treatment of parasites is conventional medicine.
In the case of natural methods of treating parasites such as pumpkin seeds, papaya, oregano, garlic, wormwood, black walnut, ginger, etc., there is a very strong reaction that worsens AD, because when parasites are killed, they release a mass of toxins into the bloodstream, which cause a terrible exacerbation of symptoms for at least a few days. I myself gave up when trying to cure AD with oregano because of the extreme intensification of wounds on the skin and I could not stand the pain when my atopic lesions started to bleed. In the “bioresonance clinic”, where they specialized in antiparasitic therapy with oregano, they referred me to… the hospital, because the jokes were over. Of course I did not go to the hospital, because that was already when I had exhausted all possible traditional treatments for AD. I started to delve into medicine myself. Every possible kind. Effectively.
Meanwhile, Zentel, or more precisely albendazole, the active substance of this drug, paralyzes the nervous system of parasites without killing them and you simply excrete them when they cannot move, and after a few days, when you have excreted all of them, there is relief and you begin to regenerate, which can be seen after 1–2 weeks on the skin. Thanks to this, your AD does not worsen during treatment, it may only slightly worsen, because some of the parasites may die regardless of Zentel – as a result of the defensive action of your body, which has it easier when the target cannot defend itself. If necessary, the therapy should be repeated in case some persistent forms of pathogens, such as eggs that develop in cycles of several months, have not been eliminated.
Now you can cure yourself too. Good luck!
- If this helps you – please be sure to let me know and share it with your friends on Facebook, YouTube and wherever you come across materials from jakwyleczylem.pl
- If it doesn’t help you – don’t give up, there are other techniques for holistically treating the whole body, e.g. water fasting or dry fasting, which according to witness reports help with unspecified AD rashes within about 21 days (in a water fast) or 11 days in a dry fast. If you have any questions, write to me on the forum.
- As a naturopath I have cured in my life much more serious diseases than AD, such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA) or diabetes, although these are also conditions for which people set up entire associations and in medical school they teach that these are incurable diseases. All this can be brought under control quickly, cheaply and effectively; you just need to return with your diet and lifestyle as close to nature as possible, as I described in my book “How I Cured the Incurable”, which you can buy here: JakWyleczylem.pl : Książka .
